Forms now provide insights at the question level, giving you a summary of responses for each individual question. This feature helps you:
Identify trends and patterns
Make data-driven decisions quickly
Gain a deeper understanding of your audience
Plan more effective follow-up actions
Prerequisites
Before accessing question-level insights, ensure that you have:
A Uniqode Lite plan or above
An active Uniqode Form that is currently collecting responses
How to View Your Form Response Summary
Sign in to your Uniqode account
Click Forms on the left-side panel
Click the Summary icon
for the form you want to view
You will see a response summary for each question in your form. Appropriate visualizations will help you quickly analyze the data.
Note:
Text-based questions (e.g., Short Answer, Long Answer) will display responses as a list.
Choice-based questions (e.g., Rating, Dropdown, Opinion Scale, Multiple Choice) will display responses as charts for easy visualization.
