Uniqode supports the transfer of ownership between organizations and teams to enable seamless and agile QR Code generation and management.
Prerequisites
Changing owner for QR Codes is only available for Business+ plan.
Additionally, the destination account must have sufficient capacity and be on a plan that supports the QR Code’s features.
How to change owner for a QR Code
Head over to the Uniqode dashboard and go to the QR Code menu. Next, find the QR Code for which you wish to transfer ownership. Use the ‘Edit’ dropdown list to click on 'Change Owner'.
Note: Only administrators in the Master Organization can access this option. This is to ensure that the QR ownership transfer is centralized.
If you wish to transfer ownership to another organization, use the ‘Change organization’ dropdown to select the organization you wish to transfer ownership to. You can then select the organization you would like to transfer ownership to using the dropdown menu.
Note: You can only transfer ownership within the selected organization.

Can historical data be transferred along with QR Codes?
Yes, historical data associated with QR Codes can be transferred between Uniqode accounts. This is particularly useful for account consolidation.
What is required to initiate a QR Code transfer?
The current owner of the QR Codes must send an email to Uniqode Support, specifying the destination account owner and listing the QR Codes to be transferred.
Are there any limitations on transferring QR Codes?
Transfers are subject to the destination account’s capacity and plan compatibility. Additionally, QR Codes from platforms other than The QR Code Generator (TQRCG) cannot be imported into Uniqode.
Transferring QR Codes Between Uniqode Accounts
QR Codes, including dynamic codes and their associated historical data, can be transferred between Uniqode accounts.
To initiate a transfer:
Ensure the destination account has sufficient capacity and is on a plan that supports the QR Code’s features.
Contact Uniqode Support by email. Include the email addresses of both the source and destination accounts, and specify the QR Codes to be transferred.
Once the transfer is complete, the QR Codes and their data will appear in the target account.
