Why do some users see "Admin approval required"?
Our integration uses three delegated (user-level) Microsoft permissions:
Files.ReadWrite,User.Read, andoffline_access. Microsoft doesn't require admin consent for these, but some organizations restrict user consent through Azure AD tenant policies. This is controlled by your IT admin, not Uniqode.What should the IT admin do?
One-time setup in Azure Portal:
Go to Enterprise Applications
Search for Uniqode Forms Integration
Open Permissions β click Grant admin consent for [organization]
Once done, all users in the org can connect without an approval screen.
Does this affect personal Microsoft accounts?
No. Personal accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com) don't have an admin β users consent directly.
Is this a one-time setup?
Yes. Admin consent applies permanently to all users in the tenant, unless revoked manually.
