Updating Your Account’s Billing Information

Learn how to update your billing information

Written by Bidisha Sinha

There may be times when you need to update your account’s billing information or payment method — for example, after a card expires, a company name or address changes, or you switch to a different payment option. This guide walks you through the steps to make those updates.

Most plans are single-user. On multi-user accounts, only the account Owner / Primary Admin can access and change billing details.

Steps to update billing information

1. Log in to your account (or confirm you are already logged in).

2. Click the circle showing your initials or profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen

3. Select Billing.

4. Click Manage billing. This opens a new browser tab with your billing portal.

Note: If you remain on the same page after clicking the button, your browser is likely blocking the new tab or pop-up. To resolve this, look for a blocked-pop-up icon in the browser’s address bar (often on the right side), click it, and choose to allow pop-ups for this site. You can also check your browser’s settings under Privacy & Security (or similar) and add an exception for our domain. After adjusting the setting, try the Manage billing button again.

5. On the new page, scroll just below the breakdown of your plan(s). There you will find the Payment method and Billing Information sections, where you can make the needed updates.

Note: Many renewal failures are caused by cards that require 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, a bank security check that can block automatic charges. If a renewal fails for this reason, update your payment method and complete the authentication prompt. If your subscription lapsed and you were on legacy pricing, restoring it needs Support approval — contact us as soon as you spot a failed renewal.
