Export your contacts to CRM solutions using Zapier

Export and manage your conatcts that you've collected via Uniqode Cards.

Zapier is a no-code online automation tool that connects over 1,500 apps. By integrating Zapier with your Uniqode Cards account, you can connect with various CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Insightly, etc., to export and manage your contacts easily. For instance, if you want to manage and export the contacts you gathered while sharing your digital business card to Hubspot, you may do so by linking your Uniqode account to Zapier and setting up a trigger to export your contacts to Hubspot.


  • Uniqode Business plan or above with administrator privileges

Connect Uniqode account with Zapier

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode account.

  2. Click Cards in the top-left.

  3. Click Integrations in the left menu.

  4. Click Zapier.


  6. Sign in to your Zapier account in a new tab or window.

  7. Click My Apps in the left menu.

  8. Search for “Uniqode”, then click Connect.

  9. Paste the copied YOUR API KEY and ORGANIZATION ID in the Developer token and Organization ID fields, respectively.

  10. Click Yes, Continue.

Once done, you can set up a Zap to connect with your desired CRM. Let’s take Hubspot as an example and see how we can set up a Zap template to connect it with Uniqode Cards.

Integrate HubSpot with Uniqode Cards

  1. Sign in to your Zapier account.

  2. Click Zaps in the left menu.

  3. Click Create in the top-right, then click New Zap.

  4. Set up the Zap template by doing the following:

  5. Configure Trigger:

    1. In the Trigger section, choose Uniqode.

    2. Choose New Leads Created from the drop-down in the Event field.

    3. Choose your Uniqode account, then click Continue.

    4. Click Test Trigger. If the account connected is right, the data will be fetched from the selected account.

    5. Click Continue.

  6. Configure Action:

    1. In the Action section, choose HubSpot.

    2. In the Account, sign in to your HubSpot account, then click Continue.

    3. In the Action, choose the contact information fields you want to export to HubSpot. For example, you can map the following fields:

      1. Contact information: First Name - Map to the first name field from Uniqode.

      2. Contact information: Last Name - Map to the last name field from Uniqode.

      3. Contact information: Email - Map to the email field from Uniqode.

      4. Contact information: Company Name - Map to the company field from Uniqode.

    4. Click Continue.

  7. Click Test action if you want to check whether everything is configured correctly. Else, click Skip Test.

  8. Click Publish Zap.

  9. Click Publish & Turn On.

Once you enable this Zap, whenever a contact is added to your Uniqode Cards dashboard, they get exported to the Hubspot CRM and are listed under the Contacts menu.
