Through the Zapier integration provided by Uniqode, you can automatically change the destination URL of your dynamic QR Codes by using Google Sheets.
For this integration, you must create a sheet with the QR code’s name and Website URL. Optionally, if you want to save the respective QR code’s ID and downloadable link, you can add the QR Code ID and Download URL in the consecutive columns.
Prerequisites
Zapier administrator account
Uniqode Pro plan or above with admin privileges
At least one QR code in the platform
Create a Zap template to Automatically Update Your Dynamic QR Codes with Google Sheets
Sign in to your Zapier account.
Click Zaps in the left menu.
Click Create in the top-right, then click New Zap.
Set up Trigger
In the Trigger section, choose Google Sheets.
Choose New or Updated Spreadsheet Row from the drop-down in the Event field.
Click Continue.
Click Sign in, to sign in to your Google account.
Click Continue.
In the Set up trigger section, choose the required spreadsheet, worksheet, and the column in which the URL will be updated.

Choose your Uniqode account or sign into another Uniqode account that you want to create the Action for, then click Continue.
In the Set up action section, enter QR Code Name, QR Code ID, Design,Template, and for the Campaign Type, select Website URL. In the Website URL field, choose the column nae with the URLs that will be updated.
Note: To find the QR Code ID, you can go to the QR Codes page in your Uniqode dashboard and click Edit beside your QR code. The ID will be part of the QR code’s URL. For example, if https://dashboard.uniqode.com/qr-codes/123456#campaign is the URL of the QR code, then 123456 is the QR Code’s ID.
Click Continue.
Click Test action if you want to check whether everything is configured correctly.
Click Publish Zap.
Click Publish & Turn On.
Now, every time you update the URL in Google Sheets, the respective QR Code’s URL will be changed automatically.
Note: It will take a few minutes for the changes made to the URL in the Sheets to be reflected in the QR Code. Please refresh the Google Sheets once you have made the changes and wait a few minutes before checking.
