Unfortunately, your Uniqode account has been disabled because a QR Code linked to a website was flagged for malware by Google Web Risk. This security measure protects you and your scanners from potential harm.

While we understand this disruption can be frustrating, Uniqode cannot remove the flag or reinstate your account unless Google Web Risk reclassifies the linked website as safe.

Google Web Risk, an enterprise security product that helps Uniqode check URLs, is regularly updated with information about unsafe web resources. However, Google cannot guarantee its information is comprehensive and error-free: some risky sites may not be identified, and some safe sites may be classified in error.

If you believe your QR Code links were flagged by mistake, reach out to Google here. Include your link and the threat type mentioned in the security alert mail received from Uniqode under Additional details.

Alternatively, you can change the URL destination of your QR Codes. You should be able to see an option in the Dashboard on the Edit QR journey.

Please note this option does not guarantee a resolution or account reinstatement. We strongly recommend changing the URL for immediate access to your Uniqode account.

NOTE: This option is only visible if a threat is detected on your account.
