Sharing Uniqode Forms with a QR Code is one of the easiest way to make sure that your form reaches a wide audience.
Connect your Form to a QR Code
Sign in to your Uniqode account
Go to Overview page, click +Create and choose QR Code from the dropdown
Choose Form under 1.Select type
Choose your form from a dropdown menu or select Create New Form if you still wish to create a new form.
Your selected form will be shown on preview. Click on Next to customize your QR Code for your form.
You can edit the QR Code's pattern, frame, eyes, and color.
