No. The Form QR Code type only works with Forms built inside Uniqode. When you select it, you choose an existing Uniqode Form from a dropdown or click Create New Form. There is no field for pasting an external form URL, and Google Forms, Typeform, Microsoft Forms and other third-party forms cannot be selected there.
Use a Website QR Code instead
Go to +Create and choose QR Code.
Under 1. Select type, choose Website, not Form.
Paste the full Google Form link into the Enter URL field, starting with
https://.Continue to customize and save the QR Code.
Both the shortened https://forms.gle/... link and the full https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/.../viewform link work in a Website QR Code.
If the QR Code scans to an error
Some customers see an error such as "server with the specified hostname could not be found" when scanning.
If your Google Form link opens correctly when you paste it into a browser, the URL format is not the problem. Do not keep re-copying or re-checking the link. Instead:
Try scanning the same QR Code from a different phone.
Try a different browser on the same phone. Some customers have seen this error in one browser and not another on the same device.
If the QR Code works on other devices but not yours, the issue is specific to your device or browser rather than to the QR Code or the Form. Contact support at support@uniqode.com with a screenshot of the error and the name of the browser you are using.
