If you use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) to manage your employee directory, you can now automatically generate digital business cards for your entire team using Uniqode. This integration syncs employee data from Google Workspace to Uniqode, streamlining the card creation process and minimizing manual effort.
Prerequisites
Uniqode Cards Team plan and above with admin privileges.
Google Workspace account with Administratior access.
Integrate your Uniqode account with Google Workspace
Sign in to your Uniqode Cards account
Select the master organization from the top-right corner near the bell icon. Ensure that you have admin access to this organization.
Click Integrations in the left menu, then click Google Workspace
Click Connect
Choose an account with Administrator access to your Google Workspace
Select the required permissions required by Uniqode:
1. View organization units on your domain
2. See info about users in your domainClick Continue
Once Google Workspace is connected, a daily sync will automatically create users and cards for all your organizational units, or you can run a sync manually from the Settings tab. You can also select which oganizational units to sync (by default all are enabled), and map them to specific organizations.
Create and configure your Cards template
Go back to your Uniqode Cards account
Click Integrations in the left menu, then click Google Workspace
Click Manage Configuration
Under the Templates tab, select the template you want to assign for your employees' cards.
In the Settings tab, you have the following options:
Send user invite email - Send an email to new users to invite them to join your organization and reset their Uniqode password.
Map Organizations to sync - Sync your organizational units from Google Workspace to Organizations on Uniqode.
Click Save Changes
Once the integration is set up, Uniqode pulls employee details—like name, email, job title, phone number etc. — from your Google Workspace directory. It then automatically generates and assigns digital business cards to each employee based on a predefined template you create.

Resend email invites to the users
If your users haven't already accepted the invite to join your organization, you can re-send the invite emails again to them.
To do so:
Click on your profile in the top-right corner
Click User Management
Select the users to whom you want to send the invite
Click Send Invite
Click Confirm
Note: If you try to send the invite to a user who has already accepted the invite and joined your organization, they won't receive this email.
Delete users and their cards
When you permanently delete a user from your Google Workspace directory, they are automatically removed from Uniqode account, and/or their card will also be deleted in the following cases:
When you add a user to Uniqode via Google Workspace, a user seat is consumed, and their card is created. If you remove that user from your Google Workspace integration, their account and card are deleted from Uniqode, and the user seat is freed.
When you invite a user to your organization in Uniqode, a user seat is consumed. If the same user also exists in Google Workspace, when you sync, a card is automatically created for that user. When you delete that user from your Google Workspace, the user is deleted from your Uniqode account.
Please note that users with Viewers or Editors cannot delete the users or cards created via Google Workspace in your organization in Uniqode.
If you archive a user on Google Workspace, their card will not be deleted from the Uniqode account.
Note: If you are trying to delete an admin or owner who has integrated Google Workspace with Uniqode, please transfer their ownership to another user.
