Uniqode's AI capabilities are designed to save you time and surface smarter insights—whether you're creating content in the dashboard or enhancing the experience for people who scan your codes. AI features fall into two categories: dashboard features powered by Una, Uniqode's AI assistant, and post-scan features that work within the content your QR Codes link to.
How to get AI features
You must be the Account Owner to enable/disable AI features
Sign in to your Uniqode account
Go to your profile icon dropdown
Click Account
Scroll down to the AI Features section
Toggle on/off Post-scan and dashboard AI features
AI features are enabled by default for Plus plan and below, based on plan access. For Business+ plan and above, the Account Owner needs to enable AI features for their organization. Once enabled, all team members will have access to them.
Dashboard Features (Powered by Una)
Una is Uniqode's built-in AI assistant. She can help you understand your campaign performance, recommend the right QR Code type for your goals, and create new QR Codes, forms, and Linkpages—all from a simple chat interface in your dashboard. Learn more
Analytics Insights — Ask Una to surface trends, top-performing QR Codes, and recommendations based on your campaign scan data.
QR Code Recommendation — Tell Una about your use case, and she'll suggest the most suitable QR Code type and configuration for your needs.
QR Code Creation (Website type) — Ask Una to create a new Website QR Code on your behalf directly from the chat.
Form Creation — Describe the form you need and Una will generate it for you, ready to link to a QR Code.
Linkpage Creation — Ask Una to build a Linkpage with the links and layout you specify, without needing to set it up manually.
Global Search - Ask Una to find anything across your account — QR Codes, links, or campaigns — instantly, without having to browse manually.

AI Assistant on PDFs — When a PDF QR Code links to a PDF document, scanners can interact with an AI assistant that answers questions directly from the PDF content.
