Our first AI offering for you is Analytics Insights by Una.
Prerequisites
AI features are accessible on the Lite Plan and above. For multi-organization and multi-user accounts, only the Account Owner can enable these features for the entire team.
Note: Access to Analytics Insights by Una is subject to the analytics restrictions of your current plan.
About Analytics Insights by Una
Una takes the power of AI and applies it to your scan data, offering in-depth analysis and answering key questions about your QR Code performance. It empowers you to:
Identify key trends and what’s working
Gain actionable insights to refine your QR Code strategy
Receive practical tips to improve future campaigns and achieve better results
A Smarter Way to Analyze
Data analysis is at the heart of optimizing your QR Code strategy. Una turns raw scan data into meaningful insights, enabling you to make informed, impactful decisions effortlessly.
For example, if you are looking to launch a campaign, Una can help you analyse and decide which regions you should focus on and what time periods will get you the best results for your campaign.
How to use Analytics Insights by Una
Sign in to your Uniqode Account
Make sure you have active QR Codes in your account (QR Code which are shared in the world and has received scans)
Go to Analytics under QR Code on the navigation
Filter the duration for which you want to see your analytics. Add additional filters as required
On the top right, click on the Una (AI assistant) icon to open the section for Analytics Insights by Una
Select a question to see a detailed analysis of your scan data
Your response will be generated
Give Feedback and Share the Response
Once your response is generated, you can give feedback on the quality of the response. Click on thumbs up 
or thumbs down 
to tell us if the response was 'Helpful' or 'Not Helpful'.
If you find the response helpful and would like to share it with your team, you can copy the response to your clipboard using the copy icon 
and paste it on any text document you want to share.
A Word of Caution
AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate or misleading. We recommend cross-verifying critical data points and avoiding complete reliance on AI for fact-checking.

To deliver these insights, we request explicit consent to securely share data with our trusted third-party tools.
Note: For Plus and Business+ plans, only the Account Owner can provide consent to enable AI features for all.

No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared.
