How to switch plans
Sign in to your Uniqode dashboard.
Click your account name and select Account.
Under Billing Details, click Change Plan. [SCREENSHOT: Billing Details section with the Change Plan button]
Select the plan that best suits your needs.
Note: To move to the Business+ plan, you'll need to talk to the Uniqode sales team instead of switching directly from the dashboard.
Upgrading vs. downgrading
Moving to a higher-priced plan isn't restricted by your current QR Code count, and pricing is prorated automatically. Moving to a lower-priced plan requires your active Dynamic QR Code count to be at or below the limit of the plan you're downgrading to — if it isn't, delete or deactivate QR Codes until you're under the limit, then contact support@uniqode.com to complete the downgrade.
Billing FAQs
Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?
No. Uniqode trials don't require a credit card, so you won't be charged when your trial ends.
Are plans billed monthly or annually?
Plans are billed annually by default, shown as a monthly rate above. If you'd prefer monthly billing, reach out to support or your account manager to confirm availability and pricing for your plan.
Is auto-renewal on by default?
Yes, auto-renewal is enabled by default on all Uniqode accounts to keep your access uninterrupted. The account Owner or Master Administrator can turn it off anytime from account settings, or you can ask Uniqode support to do this for you.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Fees are generally non-refundable, except if you cancel within 30 days of becoming a paid customer — in that case, fees paid are fully refundable. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–7 business days.
Who can see billing details on my account?
Billing access is restricted to the account Owner. If you can't see Billing in your dashboard, confirm you're signed in to the account that holds billing permissions.
Tips for best results
Start with your QR Code volume Count how many Dynamic QR Codes you'll realistically need active at once — it's the fastest way to narrow down a starting plan.
Check analytics retention if reporting matters to you Essential and Core keep analytics for a limited window (60–90 days); if you need long-term or lifetime reporting, Plus or Business+ fits better.
Add users gradually on Plus Plus ships with 3 seats but lets you add more — you don't need to jump to Business+ just for a couple of extra teammates.
