Cancelling your Uniqode subscription stops it from renewing. It doesn't end it right away, and it doesn't delete your account. This article explains what happens when you cancel and what to do beforehand so you don't lose anything you need.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, which is the date it would have renewed. Until then, your dynamic QR codes, campaigns, and plan features keep working as usual. On your renewal date, your subscription doesn't renew, and the changes below take effect.
QR codes
Dynamic QR codes stop working on your renewal date. People who scan them are no longer redirected to your content.
Static QR codes you've already created keep working. You can't create new static QR codes after your subscription ends.
QR code campaigns
QR code campaigns stop working on your renewal date.
Your account and QR codes are kept
Cancelling doesn't delete your account, QR codes, or campaigns. Your profile and existing QR codes stay stored in Uniqode, so nothing is lost if you reactivate your account later.
Dashboard and data access
If you cancel your account, you get access to the dashboard and data till your subscription renewal date. When your subscription ends, you lose access to the Uniqode dashboard. You can no longer view or manage your QR codes, campaigns, or other data.
Before you cancel
Your dynamic QR codes and campaigns stop working when your subscription ends, so complete these steps first.
Export your data. If you have form responses or other important data in your account, export it so you keep a copy.
Create any static QR codes you'll need. You won't be able to create new ones after your subscription ends.
Review your active campaigns. Check which campaigns are still in use and decide whether you need to keep your subscription active to keep them running.
