Creating your first QR Code is easy with Uniqode. Before you begin, make sure you’re logged into your Uniqode dashboard.

Uniqode offers two categories of QR Codes:
Dynamic – Editable, trackable, and great for campaigns or ongoing use.
Static – Fixed and simple, best for one-time or permanent needs.
How to create a dynamic QR Code
In your Uniqode dashboard, click on +Create New in the left navigation bar.
Select QR Code from the dropdown.
Under the Dynamic QR Codes section, select the type of QR Code you want to create.
Let's take the Website type as an example for demonstration in this article.
In Step 2, Setup, enter the URL you want people to be redirected to.
Optional settings:
Multi-language support: Automatically detect a user’s device language and redirect to the right version. Learn more
UTM parameters: Add tags to track campaign performance in tools like Google Analytics. Learn more
Click Next to go to step 3 to customize your QR Code design.
Based on your plan, you can also add a custom URL for your QR Code or enable location tracking
You can also set up Advanced Settings such as Password Protection and Campaign Schedule
Click Next to get to the Step 4
On this step, you can:
Name your QR Code
Add it to your watchlist
Add notes or labels
Save the design as a template
Download in JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF, or EPS format
Click Finish
Dynamic QR Codes allow you to:
Edit and update the destination link, even after printing.
Track scans in real-time.
Advanced Settings for dynamic QR Codes
Password protection: Set a password (minimum 6 characters) to restrict access to your QR Code content.
Campaign Schedule : Set a time zone and define start/end dates for your QR Code campaign.
How to create a static QR Code
In your Uniqode dashboard, click on +Create New in the left navigation bar.
Select QR Code from the dropdown.
Scroll to the Static QR Codes section and select the type of QR Code you want to create.
