Click farm bots use programs that fill out forms and generate fake leads. Our bot filtering system accurately depicts code metrics after filtering out well-known bots. As is the nature of bot traffic detection, we treat all traffic from an IP as bot traffic if we see an excessively high rate of click activity from it. We also use deduplication filtering to remove repeated URLs and URLs with repeated hosts. We also filter out malicious links detected from repositories of publicly available information on any large-scale abuse.
