Uniqode Cards has introduced email signature that pair seamlessly with your on-brand digital business card. They not only help you share your digital business card in a professional manner but also act as the perfect addition to your emails. You can easily add these email signature to any email service provider you use.

Share your Card with Email Signature

Email signatures are auto-generated for your digital business card on Uniqode Cards.

Don't have a digital business card yet? Learn how to create your first card

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode Cards account

  2. Go to My Cards and click on the share icon next to your card

  3. Click Email Signature next to the QR Code on the pop up

  4. Copy or download the auto-generated email signature

  5. Follow the instructions as per your email service provider to share your digital business card with email signature

Creating your Email Signature template

Note: Email signature templates are only available on the Business+ plan.

As an admin for your organization on Uniqode Cards, you can create a template for the email signature of your team members. Here's how you can create it:

  1. Under the Template section on the left-side navigation, click on Email Signatures

  2. Click +Create Template

  3. Enter a template name for easy identification

  4. Toggle fields on or off to choose what appears in your email signature. The preview will update to show a sample email signature with your changes.

  5. Click Save

  6. In case of multiple templates, you can set the desired template as default

Note:

  • Details on the email signature is fetched from an individual's digital business card.

  • Default template will apply to the email signature for all cards created via any integration.

  • If a user has multiple cards and one of them is created via integration such as Entra ID, the email signature will fetch details from the card created via integration
