Your QR Code Analytics gives you a host of information on when, where and how your codes are scanned.

Here's a quick overview of what each chart displays:

  1. Scans - Displays the number of scans your codes received during the current period compared to the previous one.

  2. Users or Unique Scanners - Shows the number of unique individuals who scanned your codes in the current period versus the previous one.

  3. Top Performing QR Codes - Displays up to 50 of your QR Codes with the highest scans, ranked in order. The TREND column shows the percentage increase or decrease in scans for each QR Code.

  4. Scans by QR Code Type - Helps you identify top-performing QR Code types by showing the total scans for each type.

  5. Scans by Device Used - Helps you see which device OS is preferred by your users to scan your QR Codes.

  6. Scans by Time of Day - Displays the times of day when your QR Codes are scanned the most.

  7. Scans by City - Displays the cities with the highest engagement for your QR Codes.

  8. Scans by Location - Displays a map highlighting the locations with the highest engagement for your QR Codes.
