Connect Uniqode Forms with Google Sheets

Automatically export form responses into a spreadsheet in real time

Uniqode Forms now supports Google sheets integration to let you automatically export form responses to a spreadsheet in real time. This makes analyzing your form responses easier, helping you draw insights quicker.

Prerequisites

  • Uniqode Pro plan or above with Admin or Editor access

  • Google account

Connect your Google Account to Forms

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode account

  2. Create a new Form or edit and existing Form

  3. Go to Step 3 SET UP

  4. Click on the card for Google Sheets under INTEGRATIONS

  5. Click Sign in with Google to connect your Google account

  6. Select the Google account you want to connect

  7. Give Uniqode access to:

  • See and download all your Google Drive files.

  • See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets.

8. Click Continue

Note: Any user with Admin or Editor access can link their own Google account to link Sheets to their forms.

Linking a spreadsheet to your Form

  • You can create a new spreadsheet or choose an existing one to export your form responses.

  • If you are creating a new spreadsheet, enter a name for the sheet to help you easily identify it

  • To connect to an existing spreadsheet, choose the sheet from the dropdown or type the name of the sheet to select it

  • Click Save once done and then click Next

Syncing existing responses

For a form with existing responses, you can also choose to Sync existing responses to have all your responses in one place. It may take up to 15 seconds for your responses to reflect on the linked sheet.

Disconnecting a linked sheet

  1. Go to the Step 3 SET UP of the form for which you want to disconnect the linked sheet

  2. Click on the card for Google Sheets under INTEGRATIONS

  3. Click Disconnect Sheet

  4. Click Disconnect on the confirmation dialog box to complete the action

Note: Once disconnected, responses will no longer be automatically added to the selected Google Sheet.

Disconnecting your Google Account

  1. Go to the Step 3 SET UP of any form that you have integrated with Google Sheets using your Google account

  2. Click on the card for Google Sheets under INTEGRATIONS

  3. Click Disconnect Google Account

  4. Click Disconnect on the confirmation dialog box to complete the action

Note: Once disconnected, all linked forms will be unlinked, and responses will stop syncing to your Google Sheets.
