How to integrate Google Sheets with Uniqode?

Generate and manage QR Codes in bulk using Uniqode's Google Sheets add-on

Uniqode's Google Sheets add-on lets you bulk create and manage dynamic QR Codes directly from Google Sheets. Fetch the number of QR Code scans instantly, assign labels to organize your campaigns, and enhance team collaboration.

Prerequisites

Integrate Google Sheets with Uniqode

Install Uniqode Add-On in Google Sheets

  1. Sign in to your Google Sheets account.

  2. Click Extensions in the top menu.

  3. Click Add-ons, then click Get add-ons.

  4. In the search box, search for “Uniqode”, then click Uniqode.

  5. Click Install, then click Continue.

  6. Allow Uniqode to access your Google Sheets.

  7. Click Done.

Connect Google Sheets with your Uniqode account

  1. Click Extensions in the top menu.

  2. Click Uniqode.

  3. Connect to Uniqode account. A pop-up window will appear.

  4. Sign in to your Uniqode account.

  5. Click Integrations in the left menu.

  6. Click Google Sheets.

  7. Copy the YOUR API KEY and ORGANIZATION ID and paste the in the API Token and Organization ID fields respectively.

  8. Click Authenticate.

Create Dynamic QR Codes using the Uniqode add-on in Google Sheets

  1. In a new sheet, enter Name, ID, Download URL, specific data related to the campaign type, and other data you would like to include, such as labels and QR Code scans in separate columns.

  2. Select the rows for which you want to create dynamic QR Codes.

  3. Click Extensions in the top menu.

  4. Click Uniqode, then click Create/update dynamic QR Codes.

  5. Choose the type of code you want to create. A sidebar appears.

  6. Assign the right columns to the respective fields. Click Next.

  7. Customize your QR Code campaign by selecting a template, enabling GPS for location analytics, scheduling your QR Code Campaign, and selecting a download format.

  8. Once done, click Create/Update.

  9. Click Done.

  10. Click on the URL provided under the Download URL column to get your dynamic QR Code.
