Make your workspace more efficient by creating custom dashboard views. Filter, sort, and organize your dashboard exactly the way you want, then save it for quick access, share it with your team, or set it as your default view.
What is a Custom Dashboard View?
A Dashboard View is a saved version of your dashboard configuration. It remembers:
Applied filters
Sorting options
With saved views, you can quickly switch between different perspectives of your data without reapplying filters every time.
Prerequisites
This feature is available on all plans
Creating a Custom View
On the QR Code listing page, customize your dashboard by applying filters, choosing Sort By options, and adjusting columns or settings.
Click +Save This View.
Give your view a unique name.
Select Set as Default if you want this view to be your default dashboard layout.
Click Save.
Your view is now saved and can be accessed from the Views dropdown at the top of your dashboard.
Updating a Custom View
You can easily modify an existing custom view to include new filters, sorting options, or other changes without starting from scratch.
Go to the QR Codes listing page.
Select the custom view you want to update from the dropdown menu.
Adjust filters, modify sorting options, or apply any other customization as needed.
Click Update View to save your changes to the current view.
Additional Options
Save as a new view: Click the arrow next to Update View and select + Save As to create a new view without changing the original.
Discard changes: Click Discard Changes if you decide not to save your edits.
Actions for Custom Views
Once you have created a custom view for your QR Codes, you can manage it using the available actions. These options let you rename, share, or delete the view, depending on your needs.
To access the actions:
Open your saved view.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the view name.
Choose from the following options:
Share view link
Generate a shareable link to the view, which you can copy and share with others.Rename View
Update the name of the view to make it more descriptive or relevant.Remove as Default
If you previously set this view as your default, you can remove it from being the default view.Set as Private
Your custom view will be set as private by default. This option will be visible to you only if you have shared the view with your organization.
Share with Organization
Share the view with everyone in your organization so they can access the same filtered results.Delete View
Permanently delete the custom view. This action cannot be undone.
Best Practices
Name views clearly so teammates know their purpose (e.g., “Monthly Reports – Sales Team”).
Use Private views for personal workflows, and Shared views for team alignment.
Keep a default view for your most-used configuration to save time daily.
