Why can’t I use my account even though my trial is still active?

One of the most common reasons your account may stop working while your trial is still active is the presence of a malicious URL in one of your campaigns — such as a QR Code, Form, or Linkpage.

When our system detects a potentially malicious URL, we temporarily block the account to prevent any misuse or security risks.
