How to schedule custom reports for analytics

Customize and send analytics reports to people in your organization at a set frequency

You can now send a custom analytics report to other people within your company with the same company email domain.

Prerequisites

You can schedule custom reports on Business+ and Enterprise plans

Schedule a custom report

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode Account

  2. Go to Analytics under QR Codes in the left navigation menu

  3. Click Schedule Report on the top right

  4. Follow the steps below to configure and schedule your report.

Configure your report

In the pop-up dialog box for Schedule Report:

  1. Enter Report Details

    • Report Name
      -
      Give your report a clear, descriptive name so it’s easy to identify later.
      Example: “CMO Monthly Performance Report”

    • Email to
      -
      Enter one or more email addresses to receive the report.

      • Separate multiple emails with commas

      • Ensure all email addresses are valid to avoid delivery issues

  2. Set Delivery Schedule

    • Start Date
      -
      Select the date when the report should start being sent.

    • Send Time
      -
      Choose the time window when the report will be delivered.
      Note: Reports are sent within the selected time range, not at an exact minute.

    • Frequency
      -
      Decide how often the report should be sent (e.g., weekly, monthly).
      Example: “Weekly on Monday”

  3. Configure Report Data

    • Data Period
      -
      Select the time range the report should cover.
      Example: “Last 7 days” means each report includes data from the previous 7 days.

  4. Granularity

    • Choose how detailed the data should be:

      • Daily – Data broken down by day

      • (Other options may include weekly/monthly depending on setup)

  5. Apply Filters (Optional)

    • Use filters to narrow down the data included in the report.

    • Click + Add Filter to add conditions

    • Example filters:

      • Name contains “website”

      • Date created in last 24 hours

  6. Review & Finalize

    • Click Email me a preview to test the report before scheduling

    • Click Save Schedule to activate the report

    • Click Cancel to exit without saving

All your scheduled custom reports will be available under the tab Scheduled Reports in the Analytics page

Best Practices

  • Use clear naming conventions for easy identification

  • Double-check email recipients to avoid missed reports

  • Preview reports before scheduling to ensure accuracy

  • Align frequency and data period (e.g., weekly reports with “last 7 days”)

Editing a scheduled report

  1. Go to the Scheduled Reports tab under analytics

  2. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the selected report row to make changes.

  3. Update your report as needed and click Save.

Pausing or resuming a report

  1. Go to the Scheduled Reports tab under analytics

  2. Select the report you want to pause or resume, then click the three-dot menu on the right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Pause/Resume based on the status of the report.
