Una can now build your Form conversationally instead of in one shot. Describe what you need in plain English, and Una generates a complete Form with a live preview — then you keep refining it through follow-up prompts (add or remove questions, change the layout, adjust validation, update the theme) until it's ready to publish, without starting over.
Prerequisites
This feature is available on the Core/Pro plan and above, and must be turned on via the global AI toggle under Account settings.
Who can use this feature
Editors, Admins, and Owners can create and edit AI-generated Forms.
Collaborators cannot edit an AI-created Form, even if they have collaborator access to a QR code linked to it.
Viewers cannot create or edit AI Forms, and cannot see the Una conversation on an existing AI-created Form.
Note: AI-form creation is available on Desktop only. On mobile, you'll see a placeholder directing you to switch to a desktop device.
Generate a Form using Una
Sign in to your Uniqode account.
Go to Forms on the left-nav and click Create New — or, from the Forms listing page, use the create button (the AI-Form option is the primary action; the secondary option takes you to the Templates page instead).
In the chat interface, describe your use case in plain English — for example, the type of form you need and who it's for. If you have a specific design or style in mind, mention that too. If you don't, Una picks a style appropriate to your use case.
Press enter. Una generates a complete Form, shown as a live preview on the right, accurately scaled to how it will look on a mobile device.
AI-created Forms are marked with the Una logo on the Forms listing page, so you can tell them apart from regular Forms at a glance.
Refine your Form through conversation
Send a follow-up prompt describing the change you want — for example, adding, removing, or reordering questions, changing a question's field type, marking a question as required, switching between a single-page and multi-page layout, or updating the theme and colors. Una updates the live preview after each prompt.
If your prompt is ambiguous, Una will ask a single clarifying question before making the change, rather than guessing. Depending on your use case, Una may also proactively suggest relevant questions to add — for example, suggesting a signature field and a date field for a form meant to collect a formal sign-off.
Note: You can ask Una to "undo" to revert its own most recent change. Una can't undo edits you made manually in Editor mode.
Switch to manual edit mode
Click Open in Editor under the Form preview to fine-tune individual questions, fields, and styling by hand, the same way you would in a regular Form.
Click on the back arrow to go back to the AI chat flow and continue refining conversationally.
Continue editing later
Opening an existing AI-created Form from the Forms listing page takes you back into AI mode with your previous conversation with Una still there, so you can keep refining it from where you left off.
Finishing your Form
Generating and refining your Form with Una only affects how the Form is built.
To finish and publish your form, you need to click Next to customize the design.
The Set Up step that follows lets you configure integrations like Sheets or Excel export for responses.
Click Finish to choose form sharing options.
Note: AI-form creation doesn't currently support uploading media into questions, logic jumps, or importing an existing form from another tool (like Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, or Jotform).
Tips for best results
Be specific about your use case The more context you give Una about who the form is for and what you're trying to collect, the more relevant the generated questions and suggestions will be.
Refine instead of restarting If the first version isn't quite right, tell Una what to change rather than regenerating from scratch — it keeps the rest of the Form intact and only applies the edit you asked for.
Use Editor mode for pixel-level tweaks Una is best for structure and content. Once the shape of the Form is right, switch to Editor mode for fine-grained styling adjustments.
