As an organization admin, you can now disable the required editable fields for your users whenever you create cards for them. This will let you control what information will be displayed on the cards.
Prerequisites
Uniqode Team plan or above with administrator privileges- Ensure that users have been invited or added to the organization before creating cards for them.
Disable editable fields in cards
Sign in to Uniqode account as an administrator.
Click Cards from the drop-down in the top-left.
Click Settings in the right menu.
In the list of fields displayed, turn on the restriction by clicking the toggle bar to disable the required fields that you want to hide from the cards.
Once done, the disabled fields will be blocked for the users and will not be editable in their cards. If you want to enable those fields to your users again, turn off the restriction by using the toggle bar.Additionally, locked fields in card templates are indicated by a lock icon. In the settings, these fields are marked with blue toggles. To unlock them, toggle off the blue switches and save your changes.
Troubleshooting: "Creation of the Card is Forbidden" Error
If you encounter this error while trying to save a card, it means your account does not have an active Cards plan. To resolve this:
Log in to your Uniqode dashboard on a computer.
Navigate to the Cards section (Cards tab).
Start or activate a Cards plan for your account.
Once the plan is active, return to the mobile app and try creating or saving your card again.
