As an organization admin, you can now disable the required editable fields for your users whenever you create cards for them. This will let you control what information will be displayed on the cards.

Prerequisites

  • Uniqode Team plan or above with administrator privileges

Disable editable fields in cards

  1. Sign in to Uniqode account as an administrator.

  2. Click Cards from the drop-down in the top-left.

  3. Click Settings in the right menu.

  4. In the list of fields displayed, turn on the restriction by clicking the toggle bar to disable the required fields that you want to hide from the cards.

Once done, the disabled fields will be blocked for the users and will not be editable in their cards. If you want to enable those fields to your users again, turn off the restriction by using the toggle bar.
