As a customer, you can invite your team members to join your organization on Uniqode's dashboard via email. If the team member accepts the invite, their account is added to Uniqode under the organization assigned by the administrator while sending out the invite.

Uniqode Plus plan and above
Send role-based invites to a team member
There are four levels of roles based on the level of access. Here is a table describing the user roles in Uniqode and the access levels each role can grant new users.
User Role | Description | Can Invite New Users as |
Owner | Individuals who signed up for a Uniqode account for their teams. There can only be one account owner for an account. | Administrator, Editor, or Viewer |
Administrator | The level of access overlaps with the owner apart from access to billing. Can add/remove users from their organization. They can also manage all resources any user within the organization creates - including QR Codes, landing pages, and forms. | Administrator, Editor, or Viewer |
Editor | They can see and modify only their resources, but not those belonging to other editors or administrators. | Editor or Viewer |
Viewer | They have read-only access to codes and cannot create or modify anything. | Viewer |
NOTE - Admins and owner of an organization can change the invited member’s role or delete their account at any time.
You can give invited members custom access to:
View or edit QR Codes
View QR Code analytics
Run new campaigns
How to invite a team member
Login to the Uniqode dashboard.
Hover to the widget on the bottom left of the page and click Invite Teammates.
Enter the email address of your team member under Email
Assign a role for your team member under Role.
NOTE - You can only assign roles at the same level as your account or below.
Click Invite.
Once you click “Invite”, an email invitation will be sent to the invitee, requesting their acceptance. If the invitee does not already have a Uniqode account associated with the invited email, they will be prompted to create an account first. Upon signing up, they will have access to create and manage QR Codes under the organization assigned to them.
View and remove team members
Admins can view a list of invited team members (accepted and pending invites) under “User Management”. You will be notified if an editor or an account with roles below your access level invites someone to Uniqode.
