Create Cards in bulk for employees across multiple organizations

Easily onboard employees across multiple organizations and create digital business cards for all of them at once

Uniqode Cards now allows you to onboard and assign employees to their respective departments or organizations, while enabling you to create digital business cards for all of them at once. You can also select specific templates for each organization.

Prerequisites

  • Uniqode Cards Business+ plan

  • Master organization admin access

Bulk create cards for multiple organizations

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode Cards account

  2. Select Digital Business Cards, then go to My Cards or Organization Cards.

  3. Click Bulk Create

  4. If you have multiple organizations and want to onboard and create users within their respective organizations, click Multiple orgs

  5. Format your CSV or XLSX file containing your employee details using our template. To view the template, click CSV template or Download XLSX template.

  6. The following are the fields that need to be filled:

Email address of the card owner

Role (In dashboard)*

Role of the employee in the organization in the dashboard

First name*

First name of the employee

Last name*

Last name of the employee

Pronouns

Pronouns of the employee. E.g. - he/him, she/her etc

Company

Company name of the employee

Designation (Job title)

Job title of the employee in the company

Summary (Bio)

A brief description of what the employee does

Phone work

Official phone number of the employee

Phone mobile

Personal phone number of the employee

Email work*

Official email address of the employee

Website company

Company's website URL

Address

Preferred address of the employee

Location URL (Google Maps)

Specified address' Google Map location URL

User image URL

URL for employee's image on the card

Facebook

Facebook URL of the employee

X (Formerly Twitter)

X (Formerly Twitter) URL of the employee

LinkedIn

LinkedIn URL of the employee

Short URL alias

The slug of the URL of the card. For example, if the URL of the card is https://qrcodes.pro/jane, then, jane is the Short URL alias.

Department

The department of the employee

Custom URL

The domain that will act as the URL for the card

Organization

ID of the Organization the employee belongs to

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory in the CSV/XLSX file.

Note: In the Organization column, enter the organization ID as a number to create a new organization, or simply copy and paste the ID of an existing organization from your Uniqode account. To find the ID of an existing organization, go to the Organizations menu and copy the ID of the organization you need. You can also add any social media links other than the ones listed in the template as well.

Upload File

  1. Upload your CSV or XLSX file containing your employee details by clicking browse under Upload your data section.

  2. Select the file then click Upload. If there are any errors in the data that you have entered in the file, edit the data correctly then click REVALIDATE.

  3. Click Next

  4. In the Assign templates section, choose the template for the cards for each organization.

  5. Click Finish

Note: If there are no templates created in the specified organization, the default template will be assigned automatically.

Once the bulk request is processed and the cards are ready, you will receive an email. After that, you can distribute them to your employees immediately or send it out later as needed.
