Bulk create digital business cards

Create hundreds of digital business cards for your employees in a matter of minutes

You can now create multiple digital business cards at once using bulk creation in Uniqode Cards.

Prerequisites

  • Team plan or above with administrator privileges.

Bulk create cards

Add Card details

  1. Sign in to your Uniqode Cards account

  2. Select Digital Business Cards, then go to My Cards or Organization Cards.

  3. Click Bulk Create

  4. Select a template

Note: If no template has been created, you can choose a pre-designed layout (card design) to create one.

5. Upload the CSV/XLSX with the card details in the format of the data templates provided

Fields accepted in the CSV/XLSX

Card owner email*

Email address of the card owner

Role (In dashboard)*

Role of the employee in the organization in the dashboard

First name*

First name of the employee

Last name*

Last name of the employee

Pronouns

Pronouns of the employee. E.g. - he/him, she/her etc

Company

Company name of the employee

Designation (Job title)

Job title of the employee in the company

Summary (Bio)

A brief description of what the employee does

Phone work

Official phone number of the employee

Phone mobile

Personal phone number of the employee

Email work*

Official email address of the employee

Website company

Company's website URL

Address

Preferred address of the employee

Location URL (Google Maps)

Specified address' Google Map location URL

User image URL

URL for employee's image on the card

Facebook

Facebook URL of the employee

X (Formerly Twitter)

X (Formerly Twitter) URL of the employee

LinkedIn

LinkedIn URL of the employee

Short URL alias

The slug of the URL of the card. For example, if the URL of the card is https://qrcodes.pro/jane, then, jane is the Short URL alias.

Department

The department of the employee

Custom URL

The domain that will act as the URL for the card

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory in the CSV/XLSX file.

Note: You can also add other social links other than the ones listed in the template by adding a column on the CSV/XLSX file.

Customize Your Cards

  1. In Step 2 CUSTOMIZE tab, under COMPANY LOGO, browse and upload your company logo.

  2. Under the COLOR section, choose a primary color and a color for the profile's text as per your brand’s theme. You can also choose a Secondary Color.

  3. Under the TYPOGRAPHY section, you can choose your desired font and customize the font styles for card sections.

    We support 1400+ Google fonts.
  4. Click Next

Note: Disabling Customizations in Settings prevents any additional changes to the card design, which will default to the selected organization template.

Share

  1. In Step 3 STEP-UP tab, under Advanced Settings section, you can enable the viewers to automatically download the card when they scan the QR code by enabling AUTO-DOWNLOAD CONTACT.

  2. If you want to track the location of your card viewers, enable GPS LOCATION.

  3. Collect contact information from your contacts once you share your cards by enabling TWO-WAY CONTACT SHARING. Once enabled, choose the data you want to collect from your contacts. Name, Email Address, and Company fields are mandatory.

  4. Send email invites to the new users to let them join your organization and manage their cards by enabling SEND USER INVITE EMAIL

  5. Choose your QR Code style from the QR CODE TEMPLATES

  6. Click FINISH

You will receive an email once the bulk request is processed and the cards are ready.

Sending User Invite post card creation

In case you did not opt to send the user invite email during the bulk card creation, you can always send the emails afterwards.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner and select User Management from the dropdown

  2. In the User Management page, you'll see the status of the invite under the INVITATION column

  3. Select the user(s) you want to send the invite to

  4. Click Send Invite

Note - Invitees who already accepted the invitation will not receive this email.
