Add a QR Code to Your Canva Design

From the QR Code detail screen

  1. Open a QR Code

  2. Click Add to Canva

  3. Wait for the upload to complete

The QR Code will appear on your canvas.

Edit inside Canva

Once added, you can:

  • Resize

  • Rotate

  • Move

  • Layer with other elements

Manage QR Codes

View details

Open any QR Code to:

  • Preview it

  • Rename it

  • Move it to a folder

  • Add it to Canva

Rename a QR Code

  • Click the name field

  • Edit the name

  • Changes save automatically

Edit a QR Code

  1. Click the more menu (β‹―)

  2. Select Edit

  3. Update content or design

  4. Click Finish

Note: Only Website, PDF, and Mobile App QR codes can be edited in Canva.

Delete a QR Code

  1. Open the more menu (β‹―)

  2. Click Move to Trash

Note: Deleted QR Codes will stop working immediately.

Organize with Folders

Create a folder

  1. Click the + icon

  2. Enter a name

  3. Click Create

Move to a folder

  • Use the folder dropdown

  • Search or create folders

  • Selection saves automatically

Navigate folders

  • Click a folder to open it

  • Use the back arrow to go up a level

Rename a folder

  • Open the three-dot(β‹―) menu

  • Click Rename

  • Save changes

Delete a folder

  • Open the three-dot(β‹―) menu

  • Click Delete

Note: QR Codes inside the folder are moved to the root level.

Switch Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:

  1. Click the organization name

  2. Select another organization

Note: QR Codes and folders are specific to each organization.
