You can also configure your QR Code-based forms to email users after completing a form. This is great for thanking users for filling out your form, adding a call to action with an offer, or helping leads find the next step to becoming customers for your business.

STEP 1: Create the form

Create the QR Code-based form from the dashboard.

Ensure you add a field for the respondent's email ID in the form.

STEP 2: Enable ‘Send Email’

Once you've added all the questions to your form, create a 'Thank You Page' Type of question.

Enable the 'Receive Email’ option, and customize the message you wish to send out.

Use the + button to choose multiple response tags to populate the email copy. For example, selecting All answers will populate the email response with all form responses in the email.

Note: To enable 'Receive Email’', you must have a 'Email ID’ Type question in your form.
