You can also configure your Forms to ensure that you get a notification on your preferred email addresses when a user submits a response. This will help you stay on top of monitoring user engagement with your forms.
Enabling email notification for form responses
Sign in to your Uniqode account
While creating your form go to Step 3 SET UP
Enable Get a custom email when someone completes your form under SELF NOTIFICATIONS under EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Add the email address you want to be notified on, followed by a Subject for the email.
Add a customized message and select information to add to your message by clicking on Add more values. For example, selecting All answers will populate the email response with all form responses in the email.
Click FINISH to complete setting up you form and save it
