The global digital business card market is expected to reach $12.1 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 17.2% from 2021 to 2028. Today, this growth is spearheaded by products like Uniqode Cards.

Since its launch in March, businesses of all sizes have adopted Uniqode Cards with enthusiasm. Now, we are excited to see Contact Manager help businesses take their lead management activities to the next level.

This update talks about Contact Manager and some other key features we released in July:

Integration for Salesforce CRM

Most businesses today need actionable and accurate data about their leads to effectively nurture them. This can make it difficult to understand how to reach out to leads, what content to send them, when to send it, and how to personalize it.

Uniqode’s Salesforce integration offers a seamless way to share leads data gathered from card exchanges with a Salesforce CRM solution. Now, businesses can augment Cards data to automate their lead nurturing process, generate better reports, and boost their sales team’s efficiency. This will help them streamline and effectively nurture their leads to capitalize on potential business opportunities.

Note: This feature is available only in the Business plan and above.

The Leads module is now Contact Manager

We have been consistently working towards enhancing Cards since its release.

We have renamed "Leads", the module that stores information of people who have shared their contact information with you, to "Contacts". Organization admins can now access a centralized repository for all the contacts collected by their team members in "Contact Manager". It will be your go-to place to find anyone your team members have connected with.

Expanded QR Code Patterns

We're excited to announce that we've expanded our QR Code patterns to give you more creative options. Now you can choose from various patterns to create QR Codes that match your brand, event, campaign, or business needs.

Besides providing a simply enhanced user experience, more design patterns offer a larger degree of customization, providing greater creative freedom while setting up your campaigns. New patterns will help you create QR Codes that seamlessly match your brand aesthetics, enhancing your overall branding efforts.

Upcoming releases:

  • Deep links for QR Codes: To support a seamless transition from scanning a QR Code to opening a specific page within an app.

  • Linkpage templates: To quicken the time taken to create a Linkpage with an existing template. Users can also duplicate their favorite Linkpages as templates to use again.

  • Custom domain for Cards: To help businesses use their own domain names for digital business cards, in turn improving their branding and credibility.

  • Multi-language support for Cards: To help users create and manage digital business cards in multiple languages. This will help businesses create personalized card exchange experiences for their clients/prospects and will help foster global communication at scale.
