How to build Linkpages using templates

Templates help you discover various visual styles, designs, and content options that enable you to craft a personalized Linkpage reflecting your unique identity and brand.

Linkpage templates help you stick to your company’s brand guidelines for every new Linkpage campaign. It lets you ensure that every Linkpage has the same design attributes representing your brand in the best way possible.

Build a Linkpage from a Linkpage Template

  1. Create a new Linkpage

    1. Go to + CREATE and select Linkpages in the overview page

    2. Start from a blank template or choose a template from Featured templates / Saved templates

    Or,

    1. Go to Linkpages on the left navigation bar.

    2. Click on CREATE LINKPAGE on the top right of the screen.

    3. Start from a blank template or choose a template from Featured templates / Saved templates

  2. Click Next Step to go to Step 2, Design your Linkpage. Here you can:

    1. Change the background color or add an image or a video as a background.

    2. Change the font or font color of your Linkpage’s title.

    3. Change the button styles and text styles of all your link buttons.

    4. You can use the Linkpage’s live preview on the right to monitor your changes with every input.

  3. Click Next Step to go to Step 3, Set up your Linkpage. Here you can:

    1. Set a custom URL slug or create an auto-generated URL slug for your Linkpage.

    2. Name your Linkpage to sort through all your Linkpages.

  4. Click FINISH. Your Linkpage is now ready to view!

Creating a Linkpage template from scratch

  1. Navigate to the Linkpage Template menu:

    1. Select Templates under Linkpages on the left navigation bar

    2. Click on + CREATE TEMPLATE.

    3. Note: To avoid confusion from building a Linkpage, you will see an info modal on the bottom right of the screen that says, “You are creating a template”.

  2. Design a new template:

    1. Customize your Linkpage template as you would a Linkpage. Learn more about customizing Linkpages.

    2. These templates are listed when creating/updating a Linkpage under “Saved Templates”.

Note: Any customizations you make to an existing template will not override the design of Linkpages created earlier.

Editing a Linkpage template

To edit a Linkpage template:

  1. Go to Linkpages on the left navigation bar.

  2. Select TemplatesSaved templates to access your saved template(s).

  3. Click the three dots on the bottom right corner of the template you want to edit to duplicate, rename, or delete it.

  4. Click the template to edit it.

    Note: To avoid confusion from building a Linkpage, you will see an info modal on the bottom right of the screen that says “You are creating a template”.

  5. Click Finish, once you’ve made changes to the design.

Note: Once you edit a Linkpage template, the changes do not apply to any Linkpages currently using it. Also, when you delete a template, its design attributes will still be present on any Linkpage based on it.

Creating a template from a Linkpage

To save a Linkpage as a template:

  1. Go to Linkpages on the left navigation bar.

  2. Select Linkpages.

    1. Click on the three dots on the right end of your favorite Linkpage.

    2. Click Save as template

  3. If you want to edit a Linkpage before saving it as a template:

    1. Click on any Linkpage name

    2. Make all the necessary edits and click NEXT STEP until you reach FINISH

    3. Click Save as template under Actions on the bottom of a Linkpage’s side modal preview.
